We had a metal wisk and a silicone one, but found that neither was really working well for our non-stick pans. The pure silicone was too flimsy and the metal was damaging. This one has been great - you are able to get the food off the sides of the pans without scratching anything. I love this wisk.

Made from silicone covered stainless steel wires, the 5 wire paddle whisks are perfect for folding and scraping creams, sauces and delicate mixes. The Paddle Whisk is heat resistant up to 750 degrees F and is scratch resistant to non-stick, ceramic or metal surfaces. Attractive and sturdy, the Paddle Whisks come in a variety of great colors and are dishwasher safe. The comfortable round handles are 18/10 stainless steel and can easily hang from eyelet on the end of the handle.Clearly, this handsome paddle whisk from Cuisipro is not your mother's whisk.
