Description of Cuisipro Y Peeler
This heavy-duty, wide-blade tool makes light work of peeling any vegetable but, is particularly efficient with longer vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, or butternut squash. The peeler feels much more substantial than standard grocery-store models thanks to a weighty zinc-alloy head. Its high-quality, 18/10 stainless-steel blade swivels for effortless peeling without twisting your wrist. For additional comfort, the peeler has an ergonomically-shaped handle with a plastic nonslip grip to reduce wrist strain during long peeling jobs. The Y peeler is also indented at either end of the blade for digging out potato eyes, and removing blemishes from other fruits and vegetables.
